These Cuts Should Have Gone Further

The International Policy Network found that millions of pounds have been given to the Trades Union Congress by DfID since 2003 – hardly a Millennium Development Goal – yet politicians still want to ring-fence the budget. A lot of money is wasted in these departments and cutting out the waste would help to cut the deficit.
