Announcing 2011 Bastiat Prize Winners & Hoiles Prize Winners

For ten years, IPN has awarded the Basitat Prize for Journalism. This year's winners include Tom Easton (The Economist) and Virginia Postrel (Bloomberg columnist) - each received $25,000 and a crystal candlestick.
The R.C. Hoiles Prize was introduced this year with the generous support of his granddaughter, Pamela Hoiles. Damon Root won $10,000 for articles published in Reason Magazine.
