Caroline Boin has been working on environment and development issues at IPN since she joined in 2006. She completed a degree in European Studies from King’s College London, including the Programme International at l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, and is reading International Political Economy at the London School of Economics. She has written on agriculture, population and water issues as well as accountability and NGOs. She co-authored Fake Aid, A Closer Union and Friends of the EU.
