Roger Bate PhD is a resident fellow at AEI and director of Africa Fighting Malaria, a non-profit health advocacy group. He founded the Environment Unit at the Institute of Economic Affairs in 1993 and co-founded the European Science and Environment Forum in 1994.
Dr. Bate has several degrees including a PhD in economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Environmental and Resource Economics from University College London.
